ENSIS 3015 AJ – Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Made by Amada America Inc., this impressive fiber laser cutter is able to cut through mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium up to 25mm thick in sheets as large as 120”x60”. This fiber laser cutter utilizes VBC (Variable Beam Control) technology and the Auto Collimation system to provide unmatched beam spot control; allowing for fast cutting rates, high speed piercing, and vastly superior bevel angles on thicker metals.
AE2510NT – Turret Punch Press
Another top-of-the-line machine made by Amada America Inc., our turret punch press is able to process metal sheets at a maximum size of 98.4’’ x50’’ and features 51 different tool stations which allow for punching holes, louvres, and offsetting. This machine also features higher positioning and punching speeds which improve productivity and outperform your average mechanical turrets.
HRB 1003 - Press Breaks
Our last machine, another product of Amada America Inc., is a set of two of these magnificent break presses which boast a tonnage of 110 and a max bend length of 122.4”. One of the best features about these machines is the introduction of automatic tool changes - effectively eliminating the time-consuming manual setup process. This makes it possible to flawlessly introduce "rush jobs".
